MyGame+ Bulk Log Course Play Scores

Within the myGame+ feature on the Mobile Apps, students and coach users have the ability to log on course scores that have been completed during organised program events. Users can navigate to the Course Play section, view information relating to the adapted teeing positions, view score history and submit their score.

In order to drive engagement in this component of the myGame+ feature and assist coaches in logging scores from events that they have organised we have added a bulk submission feature. This allows coaches to select multiple students and then submit their scores in one step rather than currently having to select each student and submit their scores individually.

From the myGame+ program home screen dashboard, you can now select ‘Log Course Play Scores’:

On the next screen, coach users can then select from events added to the schedule or search for students across the database. On the events tab, users can search based on the event name or use the filter option to refine the events that are visible across upcoming, in progress or previous events. Selecting the attendees button on the individual event then allows the user to select from students added to this class and assigned to the specific myGame+ program: Using the student search tab allows single or multiple students to be selected to then move to the next step:

On the next step, users can then submit the score for each student and users are required to select from the drop down selections which will include defining the teeing positions and the score achieved over a specific number of holes. After logging the score for each student, users should tap the complete button to submit the scores for each students:

An alert will appear indicating the scores have been submitted and will be visible in each student's score history within the Course play section of the myGame+ program.
