When enabled for a MyGame+ program, students logging Course Play Scores will see an alert informing them that the score is required to be verified by their Coach. This functionality is ideal for Junior programs whereby students should have the ability to log course play scores but the coach needs to manage verification of these scores:
After the score is submitted a new notification will appear via the coach MyGame+ program dashboard on the Challenge Verifications action menu option. Through this new screen, coaches can view pending verifications including Course Play Scores that have been submitted. They can then approve or reject these:
Once a score is approved, the score will be logged and appear within the Course Play screen for the specific student. It will also impact the scoring insights visible on this screen depending on the number of holes and teeing position selected.
Student’s are also able to see verification results via their MyGame+ dashboard home. The notification icon allows students to then see the result of the verification for the course play score:
