One of our recent updates was the newly designed Media Library accessible within the Coach User role on the web/ mobile web based system. We have now enhanced this feature by giving coaches users to ability manage media and also share media directly to students as per the functionality within the 3.0 version of the App.
Managing Current Media
On the Media screen, you will see Photos, Videos, Documents and Audio Media types that are currently added to the Media from the web or appear in the Feed or Library tabs in the Media on the App. You can click on the Photo, Video and Audio Media type and then Edit or Delete the Media:
For Documents, these actions can be performed by clicking the 3 dots in the bottom right corner from the Media Screen. Clicking the document will open the document viewer in a new tab on your website browser:
Sharing Media
By clicking on the media file, you can also share this media with a Student or Group Class. This functionality follows the same experience when sharing media to students on the App. Selecting the Share to Student will then allow you to select the student from the list view and then either Share to Feed Only or to a Student Lesson & Feed:
Selecting the Share to Lesson & Feed will then present a further pop up to select a previous or upcoming Lessons:
Selecting Share to Group Class will then allow you to select group class from the list view on the next pop up and as per the app based functionality, share to all students or a single student.
Please note that when using this feature, the feed is currently on accessible to a student on the App but media shared to a lesson/class is viewable on the Web based system.
Managing and Sharing Notes
Due to the format of Notes, the ability to add, manage and share notes is accessible in the top right corner of the screen using the Notes button. On this screen you can add notes and make the notes private as per the web based functionality. From the action menu on the right hand side of any added notes you can edit, delete and share with your students:
