In the latest version of the the 3.0 App (3.1.2), we have now added the ability for coaches to share feedback relating to lessons, classes or a students general game development in the form of Notes.
In the first phase of this improvement, notes can now be created within the Media feature and either saved to the Feed or Library. The notes can then be shared with your students as per other media types, directly to the students feed only or tagged to a lesson or class booking and the feed.
When creating your note, you can add a Note Title and the Notes content. To learn more about using this feature, please follow the steps below:
1. Create a New Note
From the Feed or Library tabs in the Media feature, click the plus icon in the top right corner and select 'Notes':

On the Notes pop up, you can then create a note title and add the notes text. You can also save the note as private:
3. Editing & Managing Notes
After the note is saved, it will then display in the Media or Feed tabs. From here, you can then manage the note by swiping across from the right hand side and from the Feed you can Move to the Library, Edit or Delete. From the Library, you can Edit or Delete. You can also manage and Edit the Note after selecting it from either tab. You will see these options in the top right corner of the screen:
4. Sharing to Students
Just like other media types, you can then share the Note to a student or group class. Select the Note from either tab, and then on the next screen select the option you require. This will follow the same user journey as other media types.
5. Viewing Media in Student Connect
Depending on how you share the Media, you can view this from within the students connect area. As per other media the Note will always appear in the Feed. If a Note has been tagged to a Lesson or Class, you can select the Lesson from the Lesson Info Tab and then view the Notes in the newly added Notes Category:
Please note that Deleting Notes from the Media or Feed in Media, will not impact the visibility of Notes previously shared to Students. To utilise the new Notes feature, please make sure that you update your App
