The In-App messaging feature is a key component of the GLF. Connect App. It drives closer communication between coach and students. This feature of the system is part of an ongoing development plan and we have now added the ability for Students to initiate a messaging conversation with a Coach.
Via the Messaging feature, students can now select the plus icon from the top right corner:
Selecting this option which allow the student to select an active Coach from the list view:
The student will then be able to initial the messaging conversation with the Coach:
