View, Add and Remove users from a In-App Messaging Group

The In-App messaging feature is a key feature of the GLF. Connect App. It drives closer communication between coach and students. This feature of the system is part of an ongoing development plan and we have now added the ability for a coach to Edit students within a previously created Group.


  • Viewing a Group:

From the Group Message tab, users can select a Group which has been previously created. Within the Group chat screen users can now select the menu icon in the top right corner and click 'Edit Group':


  • Editing a Group & Remove a Participant

On the Group edit screen, users can add a Group Photo, Edit the Group Name and view participants in the Group. Users can be removed from a Group by clicking the X icon next to the participant's name:



  • Adding a Student to a Group:

You can add a participant to a Group by selecting the Add Student Icon. This will then allow the user to select a student and add this student to the Group. After clicking Save, the student will be added:
