On the Mobile Apps for iOS and Google Play, Coach users will now be able to access a Support tile on the home screen dashboard. Previously a Support tile was available but this redirected users to an external web link outside of the app:
On clicking the new Support tile, users will be taken to a new Support screen where they can access a number of support options. This includes accessing the Training Hub/ Support Hub, Raising a Ticket and accessing the Knowledge Base. These three options will redirect the user to the external web link for the specific feature:
In the near future users will also be able to contact a Live Support Agent from the GLF. Connect and there will also be an option to access the Frequently Asked Questions which allows users to access a range of support videos across a number of categories from within the App. This will help users to access information relating to key features and actions on the App before needing to reach out to a member of the Support Team.
