Manage Your Pricing & Duration Options in the Mobile Apps

On the GLF Connect web based platform, coaches are able to set their standard lesson pricing for both members and non-members. They are also able to define the specific lesson durations they want to offer within each activated one-to-one lesson filter. These pricing and duration options are then displayed on both the web and mobile apps booking system.


We’ve now extended this functionality to the mobile apps! Coaches can manage their one-to-one lesson pricing and update the active status of lesson durations directly from the app.


To access this feature, navigate to the Schedule screen from the home dashboard, bottom menu, or quick links. From there, select View / Amend Schedule. You’ll now see a new menu option called One-to-One Pricing:

Clicking this option allows coaches to view all lesson duration options activated by their manager within each booking filter. Coaches can see pricing for both members and non-members, and update these prices using the Edit icon:

By selecting the Activate checkbox next to a duration option, coaches can choose whether to offer that option. This directly controls the visibility of their profile in the online booking system when that duration is selected.


After making changes, users simply click Save, and the updated settings will automatically apply across both the web and mobile apps.
