In our quest to reduce the number of clicks for users to perform the most common tasks on a day to day basis, you can now amend the duration of a One to One/Private Lesson from the schedule view.
This functionality is currently only available with bookings marked as un-paid (red) in the schedule view. To use this functionality, find the booking in the schedule view and from the lesson detail pop up, select 'Change Duration':
After selecting this button, you can then select a new duration from the drop down list. The booking will then be amended in the Schedule view using the original booking starting time. This functionality will reduce the requirement to remove the lesson from the schedule and re-book under the correct duration:
For lessons marked as paid, please ensure you reschedule the lesson to ensure any package credits or gift card balances are added back into the students account so a new duration can be booked using these payment methods.
