You can perform a number of actions as well as view your coaching team schedule activity via the Manager User Role.
From any screen within the Manager User Role, select Schedule from the Booking Admin drop down. This will take you through to the Schedule view with identical functionality to the Schedule accessible via Pro Shop.
On this screen, you can perform some of the following actions:
- Navigate across the schedule using single day and week view
- Book one to one lessons across the filters, durations and coaches
- Book Ad-Hoc one to one lessons by clicking anywhere on the schedule
- Edit the price of one to one lessons during the booking process
- Add leaves (both single and repeat)
- Use the Quick Group feature
- Make edits to attendees booking within class sessions
- Make edits to one to one lessons bookings
