Once a Private Lesson/One to One booking is added to the schedule or a class place is reserved using the pay at academy option, the payment status of this booking will be unpaid until is updated by you or another user in the schedule view.
You can apply a Gift Card code to these bookings directly from the Schedule. For One to One/Private Lesson bookings, select the Gift Card button for any lesson that is un-paid (red):
From here, you can apply a new gift card code or a gift card code currently added to a students account. When the gift card amount selected covers the entire price of the booking, the booking will be marked as paid and in the case of Private Lessons/one to one bookings changed to green in the schedule view.
When a gift card code is applied that doesn't cover the price of the lesson or class, the paid status will need to then be updated to indicate how the remaining balance was paid.
In the case of class sessions, from the Action Menu Icon to right hand side of the class attendee, you can select Gift Card. The functionality and user journey for applying the gift card code is the same as outlined above for One to One/Private Lessons:
