NEW Credit Card Transactions Screen

You can accept online payments via the GLF Connect system through our partnership with the payment provider, Stripe. This allows your customers to make lesson and class bookings, as well as purchase lesson packages and Gift Cards, using a range of online payment methods. This includes using Apple Pay and Google Pay on the mobile apps, as well as paying with a credit card or debit card at checkout, and also through the Payment Link option.

To enhance visibility for users integrated with Stripe, a new Credit Card Transactions Screen has been implemented. This screen allows Manager and Pro Shop users to view transactions processed using any form of online payment. You can access it under the Booking Admin menu navigation.

This screen is intended to provide users with an easy view of transactions across the entire GLF System. As and when online payment transactions are made with the GLF Connect system, the screen will begin to populate with each transaction.

On this screen, there are three tabs that users can navigate through to view transactions made via an online payment method.

  • Booking Transactions - This will populate lesson and classes booked via the Online Booking system on the web or mobile apps. If multiple bookings are made in the same checkout process, this be included within a single transaction row.
  • Store Transactions - This will populate Lesson Packages and Gift Cards purchased via the web/mobile web based system in a single row for each transaction.
  • Subscription Transactions - This will populate Lesson Package Subscriptions purchased via the web/mobile web based system in a single row for each subscription occurrence

At the top of each tab, there are three insights that will populate depending on the number of transactions and filters or date ranges selected:

  • Total Volume - This will be the total volume processed for transactions via the Online payments methods.
  • Volume After Fees – This will be the total volume processed for transactions via the Online payments methods after fees are deducted.
  • Total Fees – This will be the total volume of fees deducted for all transactions.

Within each of these tabs, users will then see information relating to each transaction. This will include, for example, the transaction amount, the payment method used, the transaction fee, and the expected date of the payout. Further information relating to each transaction can be obtained via the action menu on the right-hand side of the screen:
