Previously, when a private lesson booking or class place was booked and the cost of the booking was free of charge, management users would be required to mark the booking as paid within the GLF. System.
We have now updated the logic in the system for this process to make the reconciliation of free of charge lesson or class bookings more user friendly and automated.
When a booking is made via the Web or Mobile apps which has no cost attached to it, the system will automatically mark the booking as paid.
A new payment status, ‘Zero Cost’, will show within the web based system on the schedule view, view all bookings screen and the various reports:
