Updates to Schedule Management on Mobile Apps


We have updated the schedule management feature on the mobile apps, introducing refreshed screen designs and enhanced features. This update aims to enhance the user experience for coaches, particularly when performing critical schedule management tasks. Additionally, it aligns the mobile-based functionality with the features available on the web platform.


These updates will also enhance the responsiveness of the schedule management screens.


Provided below is an overview of the main enhancements:


Todays Schedule Navigation


We have implemented an improvement where clicking 'Today's Schedule' from the menu options on the Schedule Management screen will redirect the user to the single-day view of the schedule. This change reduces the number of steps for coaches to navigate to their schedule and was suggested by users of the system:


Updated Calendar Screen with clickable ‘Today’s Bookings’


We have updated the calendar screen with a modernized design, aligning it with other sections of the app. Below the calendar view, bookings added to the coach's schedule for that day will now appear. These bookings are clickable and will redirect the user to the Lesson or Class Appointment screen, further reducing the number of steps for coaches to access the information they need:


Add Leave Quick Link


In the top-left corner of the single-day view of the coach's schedule, we have added a quick link icon for adding leave. When selected, the date of the leave will be pre-selected. After the leave is added, the coach user will be redirected back to the date on which the leave was added:


Month by Month Date Picker Quick Link


Coach users can now click on the date at the top of the single-day view schedule to choose a specific date. A month-by-month date picker will be displayed, allowing users to navigate to a date in their schedule with fewer steps:


Updated Leave Functionality


The leave functionality has been updated to align with features available on the web-based system. This includes the ability to add recurring leave and make leave 'public,' displaying it to members and guests navigating schedule availability through the booking system:


We have also enhanced the leave screen, providing clear guidance on the required steps and information input. Users will notice that necessary information is pre-populated based on their navigation, and they will be redirected back to the schedule on the date where the leave was added.


Update Recurring and Ad-Hoc Schedule Functionality


Coach users now have access to updated features for managing their schedule availability. This includes the ability to set the schedule duration and activate interval settings when the time options are configured to allow bookings every 15 minutes:


Updated View All Bookings Screen


The View All Bookings screen has been modernized with enhanced features, including the payment status of bookings and an advanced search option. This mirrors the functionality available on the web-based system. With this update, the screen will also be more responsive when populating bookings, and users can click on each booking to manage them in further detail via the lesson or class appointment screens:
