Within each Coach schedule, there is an option to activate Private View. With this option, the coach schedule is hidden from the booking system to students:
This is useful functionality when you want to restrict the ability for new bookings to be added to the coach schedule. However, this often leads to questions from students when a coach schedule disappears. Therefore, when Private View is activated, the coach profile will now appear within the Program Filter and durations they are activated against but an alert will appear to users as follows:
