Within the GLF Connect class management feature, there is an option to enable a waiting list. The waiting list becomes available when the class reaches its maximum capacity.
Within this feature, coaches were previously able to manage a waiting list via the web/mobile web-based system only. This included the ability to remove students, amend payment preferences, and change priority statuses.
We have now added the ability for coaches to manage a waiting list in the Mobile Apps.
By selecting the class via the schedule and navigating to the class appointment screen, the user can then choose the new 'Waiting List' tab. On this tab, students added to the waiting list will be displayed, and the user can adjust the priority order and remove any students using the delete icon:
At the bottom of this screen, there is also a new quick link to 'Add Students to the Waiting List.' When a spot becomes available in a class, the system automatically adds a student to the waiting list based on their priority order.
