To help you with this, we have added a quick link button to the Lesson and Class Appointment screens on the mobile apps:
This quick link button will allow you jump straight into the Customer Care List with the engagement already attached for the specific student. All that will be required is for you to complete the required steps and add your note.
The quick link button is will only be visible when:
- The end time of the Play 9 engagement has elapsed
- The member is added to your Customer Care list on GLF. Connect
- You are viewing 'Class Sessions' from the Class Appointment Screen when logging a note for a Group Play 9 engagement
