View Students Un-assigned from a Primary Coach

Through the Manager User role, you can now see a list of students that have been un-assigned a primary coach. A student will be moved into this list when they were previously assigned a Primary Coach but were un-assigned from within the Manager user role. 

This doesn't impact the student's visibility from within the Customer Care List, as they will show in the list view or within the 'No Primary Coach' view when this checkbox is activated. It means that you have the flexibility to view all students previously assigned and then decide to re-assign them a primary coach if required. 

To view this list, navigate to Manager and select the Coach Admin menu navigation. You should then select 'Customers Removed from Care List' from the drop-down:

On this screen, you will see the students name, email, contact number and the date they were removed from a Primary Coaches Care List:

The student will be removed from this list when they are re-assigned a primary coach from within the Customer Care list page.
