From the Manager, Coach or Pro Shop user role you can access a student profile which includes access to various information relating to the student.
Previously, this screen was available on an older version of the GLF. Connect system. We have now updated the student profile screen to a more modernised design with enhanced functionality.
From the Manager and Pro Shop user roles, you can access the student profile via the All Students Screen accessible from the Main Menu Navigation. In the action icon you can select the option ‘View Profile’:
From the Coach user role, you can access the student profile via the Students Screen accessible from the main menu navigation. In the action icon you can select the option ‘View Full Profile’:
This new screen now includes a number of tabs along the header section including:
- Personal Details - View and update personal details including contact information and information relating to parents/guardians for child accounts.
- Medical profile - Key information relating to injuries or medical issues for the specific student.
- Gift Cards - This displays information relating to gift cards currently saved to a student's account and the balance on the gift card. You can also add a new gift card.
- Credits and Packages - This displays information relating to lesson packages or rescheduled lessons where the student has lesson credits to use against lesson bookings.
- Subscriptions - This displays information relating to subscriptions including the number of subscriptions occurrence for each individual subscription, the subscription dates and subscription amounts.
