View Students Added in the Last 30 Days via Customer Care

It is vital that you can see a record of new students that have been added to your system. A student may be created within your system when a coach makes a booking or store transaction on the customer's behalf, students are added using the bulk upload feature or the student registers or completes a booking themself. 


Seeing newly added students allows you to proactively engage with with them and manage their experience. You also may need to assign these students a Primary Coach (when using the Customer Care List Feature), ensure their account is assigned a club member status or to send a short welcome email via the messaging feature. 


You can view this information via the Customer Care List in the Manager User role. In the top right corner, select the 'New Students' button. 

This will then populate a new screen with a list of students added in the last 30 days using their joined date which is automatically generated by the system. On this screen, you will also see the customer name and contact information. 

Using this information, you can then take an appropriate action from within the system.
