Logo on System Emails are now Club Specific

There are a number of automated emails sent from the GLF. Connect system. This includes emails sent to coach and manager users as well as student facing emails such as Booking Confirmations and reminders.  The student facing emails are all visible and editable within the Email Templates screen in the Manager user role. 


Previously, all emails sent from the GLF. Connect system included the GLF. Connect logo regardless of the specific system the email was generated from. We have now updated this functionality so that the logo that appears within system emails are system specific:


The specific logo that will appear is controlled using the logo that is added in the Academy settings area within the Manager user role:


To update the logo that is used navigate to the Academy Settings icon in the top right corner of the menu navigation. On the Academy Information tab, you can upload the Academy Logo. 

The maximum size that should be used is 150 x 150px.
