You can now fully customise all students emails that are sent from your GLF.Locker system!
This gives you the ability to control which emails are sent to students from within your system. You can also customise subject lines, the language, the email content and much more.
To take advantage of this new feature, from the Emails Menu Navigation, Select Email Templates:
On this screen, you will see a list view of all student email confirmations that can be activated on your GLF.Locker system. This includes:
- Template Name - The name of the Email Confirmation within your GLF.Locker system
- Subject Line - The subject line of the email as it appears within the student's email inbox
- Active - Indicates whether the specific email confirmation is being sent to students
- Action Icon - By clicking this icon, you make edits to the specific email confirmation
When clicking on the Action Icon; you will then be taken to the specific screen of the email confirmation to make the required edits. Depending on the specific email type, you have the option to:
1. Specify when the email should be sent to a student. For example, how many hours after the booking the student should receive the Thank You Email
2. Create Booking Confirmations / Reminders specific to different programme filters or send to all
3. Select whether the email should be activated or deactivated
4. Add a Subject Line for the email
5. Edit the email verbiage
6. Add external links to the email verbiage
7. Add banners to the email footer with external links
