To align to the web based functionality, coach users can now edit the price of bookings during the checkout process on the Apps. This update is available for the Apps on Android or iOS.
This update allows users to edit the price of one to one bookings and classes therefore giving greater flexibility to define the price of a lesson prior to completing the booking. Previously the price would need to be adjusted using discount codes. Editing the price will also mean students will receive accurate pricing of their lessons on confirmation emails and within their student login when viewing lesson information.
When booking a one to one lesson or a single class users will notice a new edit icon in the header of the checkout screen. By clicking this icon the price for the booking can be edited and this will then impact the total price for the booking. This change will be reflected on the various emails sent from the system, the schedules and GLF. reports:
When multiple classes are added to the cart in the same checkout process there will be an option to select 'Multiple Classes' at checkout. The price of each class can then be updated and the changes will once again be reflected on the total price for the booking on the checkout screen:
