Store Updates - New Manage Subscriptions Screen

You may have products setup within your coaching store using the Subscription feature. 


Students and your coaching team may have the option to sign up or process subscription products whereby the price of the product is being split over a number of payments or the benefits within a product are provided on a monthly recurring basis.


You need to be able to view and manage subscriptions which are created and you can do this via the Manage Subscriptions screen under Booking Admin in the Manager user role:



What can you do this on this screen?


On this screen you can view all the subscriptions which have been created. This screen is used to manage the subscription itself and not the credits that are included within any subscription. Credits are handled within the Academy Credits screen. The features on the Manage Subscriptions screen include:


  • Search - Firstly, you can search for subscriptions based on the student name using the search field in the top left corner or by using the pagination options including changing the number of entires per page and navigation across the pages. 
  • Key Subscription Information - On the screen itself, you will see each subscription listed with a number of columns giving you key information relating to the subscription. This includes transaction date, customer name, product name as it appears in your coaching store and the number of months which indicates the number of subscription payments which users need to make in order to compete their subscription. 
  • Subscription Status - The final column is the status column. Active will show for subscriptions where there are future subscription payments which are pending or not yet taken. Canceled will show for any subscriptions that have been canceled by the Manager user and In-Active will show for subscriptions where all of payments for each subscription occurrence have been successfully taken. 
  • Action Menu - You can perform a number of further actions for each subscription by clicking the action menu icon on the right hand side. The subscription detail option will show further information about the subscription and each occurrence. You can update the student's payment card when the subscription is setup via the Stripe Integration and you can also cancel a subscription.
