Deactivating & Restoring Credits

You can deactivate coaching credits that have been purchased by your students using your online coaching store or processed into the student's account by a member of your coaching team via the Academy Credits screen in the Manager user role.

The ability to deactivate credits is useful functionality when credits have expired and therefore you want to restrict them from being used by your coaching team or students. Deactivated credits will no longer be visible on the students account, but importantly, the revenue and credits that have been redeemed will remain in the reports and insights.

You can manually deactivate credits that have been partially used or when the full credit balance remains. Credits will also become automatically deactivated based on the expiry date listed in the Expiry Date column.

Deactivating Credits

  • To deactivate credits from a student's account, navigate to Academy Credits Screen from the Manager user role.
  • On this screen, search for the student or use the pagination options. Select the action menu icon and choose the 'Deactivate' option.

  • Upon confirming, the credits will then be moved into the deactivated credits screen accessible by using the button in the top right corner.

Restoring Deactivated Credits

You can restore credits which have been manually or automatically deactivated. Upon restoring the credits, these will be moved back into the Academy Credits screen and can be redeemed by the coach or student in the booking system against lessons or classes

  • To restore the credits, navigate to the Deactivated Credits screen from within the Academy Credits screen in Manager:

  • Search for the student or use the pagination options. Select the action menu icon and choose the 'Restore' option:

  • In the pop up, define the expiry date for the credits and hit the 'Restore' button
