Option for Student to Delete a Lesson or Class Booking

A student can delete a lesson on the web based system outside of the Move, Delete and Reschedule time limit that is defined within the Manager user role in the Academy settings.  This setting can be edited from the header by selecting Account Settings:

The time duration set here, will prevent a student from rescheduling, deleting or moving a booking within this defined time limit:


Guidance for Students


A student can delete an un-paid one to one/private lesson or class booking. When a lesson is marked as paid, then the 'Delete' option will not show to students and will be replaced with an option to 'Reschedule' (this will remove the booking and credit the customers account with the credits equivalent to the lesson duration). 


To do this, the student must login to their account on the web based system on desktop or mobile. The steps for the student are:


Step 1 - Once logged in, the user can select the View All option in the Upcoming Lesson section on the left hand side.

Step 2 - Within the pop up, the student will see their upcoming bookings and the option to delete the lesson or class booking:


Step 3 - The student can then delete the lesson or class and this will be confirmed through the alert. The student will be removed from the class or the one to one booking will be removed from the schedule:
