From time to time, you may make a mistake when creating new classes. We have updated the Group Programs Admin screen within the Manager user role to include a Delete option within the Action Menu Icon:
This option should only be used when you would like to remove any record of a class being created, as any records will permanently be removed from the system. If a class does not take place due to wet weather or lack of attendance, the 'Cancelled' option within the class setup screen should be used and the Archive option used to manage the view of classes within the Group Programs Admin screen.
